Reimagining a Quarterly Investor Update as a Design-Led Event

Before I arrived at Bigtincan, the quarterly investor update was a routine Zoom call. Three years later, it had become a flagship live event drawing investors and prospective customers, with design carrying the narrative across stage, microsite, and follow-up materials. Across three years I art directed the visual system, co-organized the event itself, and spoke at the 2023 edition on the Virtual Sales Room.

For 2023, I created a Virtual Sales Room and showcased its innovative capabilities as a featured speaker.

I orchestrated the first event in 2021 from my home office at the height of remote work — proof that the shift wasn't about budget or production scale, but about treating investor communication as a design problem.
