For Duarte's annual internal team building event, Shop Day, I collected interesting facts about every employee to create visual Data Portraits on wearable pins to spark conversation.
I spearheaded and executed on this theme inspired by information designer Giorgia Lupi who did a similar project for TED and Target in 2017.

Annual Office of Design Team Building Events
The Office of Design valued and prioritized collaboration and creativity. One of the ways we supported this was by bringing in team members from across the globe for 3 days of workshops, focused learning, and bonding.
